Our students' voices must drive the conversation about the best policies and practices in our schools, districts, and country. In preparation of the report Centering Student Voices in the Transformational Work of Creating Safe and Welcoming Schools for Undocumented Students and Families, our ImmSchools team conducted an extensive series of interviews with undocumented students. In this report, we document their challenges, strengths, and desires and put forth recommendations for honoring our students' expertise. This report is the first in what we hope to be a long line of reports that include more diverse voices of the immigrant community and that inform practices that benefit ALL students.Download Report
